An exciting, creative and musical evening awaits you. Our new House Concert series is off and running. Local musicians feature in this boutique concert to a small live audience. The event is streamed live via Facebook and features an online interactive component. Ask our guests any questions about life, their songs, their mental health struggles, anything at all.

Our next concert is our WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY show, featuring exquisite musicians, comedy, heartfelt songs and intimate interviews. It’s on 10/10/2020 where we aim to feel 10 out of 10. Obviously we can’t do all this time but there are many practical skills and ways of looking at the world that can help us be happy.
